We comply with Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 3 September 2015 and Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' dated 10 June 2023.

2. Services and Booking

We provide inspection services. By booking, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which form a Public Offer Agreement.

3. Payment

Fees are stated at booking. Payment is due before service. We may use third-party processors.

4. Cancellation and Refund

You may cancel per our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Refunds are processed within 14 days if required by law.

5. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing limits rights under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' dated 10 June 2023.

6. Privacy

We process personal data under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 1 June 2010. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Advertising

We comply with Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 3 July 1996.

8. Dispute Resolution

Contact us first at contact@valerntrix.com. Consumers may file complaints with the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
