When you submit a booking request we collect your name, email address, phone number, and vehicle information (make, model, year, registration details) needed to provide our services.

3. Lawful basis and purpose

We process personal data on the basis of your consent and to perform a contract, under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 1 June 2010. We use your data to respond to booking requests, provide services, and comply with Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 3 September 2015.

4. Cookies

Cookies that process personal data are set only with your consent, as required by Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI and Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data by emailing contact@valerntrix.com. You may withdraw consent at any time.

6. Complaints and consumer rights

You may file a complaint with the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. Your consumer rights are protected under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' dated 10 June 2023.

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page. This policy forms part of our Public Offer Agreement, Terms of Service, and Refund and Cancellation Policy.
